Oleg N. Feldman
Oleg N. Feldman provides advice and counsel to clients concerning a broad range of business and commercial matters, including business formation and organization, risk management, employment law, estate planning, and probate. For more than a decade, Mr. Feldman has been providing professional services to sophisticated clients at some of the largest accounting and law firms and through Lexern Law Group, which he founded in 2010.
Mr. Feldman earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1998 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. Mr. Feldman is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Associations.
Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Feldman and his wife, Irina, have been married for over seventeen years and have four children — two sets of twins — three boys and one girl. In his free time, Mr. Feldman enjoys practicing martial arts and riding his motorcycle.

Christine Swanson plays a vital role in Lexern’s office management, helping the practice with administrative tasks. With more than 10 years of executive administrative assistant experience, she operates independently to provide a wide range of administrative and project support by efficiently executing office procedures and processes to meet our business objectives. Christine’s expertise leads to efficient practice management and improved client satisfaction.
Christine earned her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Office Systems Technology, Administrative Assistant from Gateway Technical College and was awarded the International Association of Administrative Professionals Scholarship based on her professional goals and academic achievements. When not in assisting Mr. Feldman at the firm, Christine likes to read, do craft projects and spend time with her family.
